Five Star Fabricating Employee Directory

Five Star Fabricating, headquartered in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, is a leading manufacturer of specialized composite and polycarbonate components for the motorsports industry. Founded in the late 1970s as a response to the racing community's need for innovative sheet metal products, the company has evolved into an industry-recognized supplier of high-... performance race car body panels, windows, and accessories. Five Star's product portfolio encompasses thermoformed polypropylene components, lightweight hand-laid fiberglass panels, and advanced composite body structures designed to meet the demanding requirements of professional and amateur racing applications. The company has established particular expertise in manufacturing large, complex composite body panels that combine structural integrity with aesthetic quality, a capability that has positioned Five Star at the forefront of the motorsports aftermarket. A significant competitive advantage lies in Five Star's proprietary polycarbonate window technology; after initially becoming an industry leader by forming windows from existing branded materials, the company's engineering team developed proprietary improvements in material composition and specialized coatings, resulting in a premium line of racing windows that now dominate the motorsports market across all racing disciplines. These windows have become the industry standard, recognized for superior toughness, durability, and weather resistance. Operating from approximately 185,000 square feet of dedicated manufacturing and distribution space with a workforce exceeding 100 employees, Five Star maintains the scale and operational capacity to serve a national customer base of racing teams and enthusiasts. The company has been privately held by the Schultz family since 2010, ensuring continuity of ownership and long-term strategic focus on quality and innovation within the motorsports sector.Read More
