Fangamer Employee Directory

Fangamer LLC is a gaming merchandise company founded in 2007 by a group of friends with roots in the EarthBound fan community. The company pivoted from its original vision of providing software infrastructure for fan sites to launch the Fangamer Store in August 2008, initially offering four products including apparel, pins, and mugs inspired by cla... ssic SNES-era games. The immediate and overwhelming customer response revealed substantial market demand for nostalgic gaming merchandise, establishing the foundation for the company's core business model. Throughout its early growth phase, Fangamer expanded its team from a spare-bedroom operation to a multi-unit office space, bringing on full-time and part-time employees as demand increased. The company established itself as a key player in gaming culture by securing annual booth presence at PAX East beginning in 2010 and expanding to PAX Prime, where it collaborated on joint art installations. Fangamer developed strategic partnerships with independent game developers and small gaming studios, including notable collaborations with 2 Player Productions, Klei Entertainment, Attract Mode, and individual artists such as Ashley Davis, Kari Fry, Zac Gorman, and SEIBEI. Beyond direct merchandise sales, the company diversified its revenue streams by handling fulfillment services for successful Kickstarter campaigns and publishing specialty items such as The MOTHER 3 Handbook. By 2012, Fangamer had outgrown its original cramped office space and relocated to significantly larger facilities, reflecting sustained business growth and operational scaling. The company's success stems from its authentic connection to gaming communities, deep understanding of fan preferences for retro and indie game properties, and ability to translate that passion into commercially viable products that resonate with a dedicated customer base spanning multiple gaming generations and demographics.Read More
