Ese Employee Directory

ESE is a California-based manufacturer of precision timing, synchronization, and distribution equipment founded in 1971 with a mission to deliver quality products on time while maintaining a stable, employee-focused workplace. The company serves the broadcast, military, aerospace, and commercial aviation industries with a comprehensive portfolio of... master clocks, time code readers, distribution amplifiers, and GPS-based synchronization solutions. ESE's initial product line of digital clocks, timers, multimeters, and frequency counters evolved into specialized broadcast-grade equipment, beginning with the introduction of the ES-160 Master Clock in 1975, which incorporated a proprietary time code standard (TC76) that has become an industry benchmark through two subsequent iterations (TC89 and TC90). The company's IRIG-B Time Code Reader, the ES-270, introduced in the late 1970s and originally developed for military applications, has since been deployed across commercial and private aviation as well as aerospace programs, including installations on the Space Shuttle. ESE expanded its product offerings in the early 1980s with a family of distribution amplifiers now comprising nearly 20 standard models covering digital and analog video, audio, and time code applications. The company's expertise in precision synchronization and time code distribution has established ESE as a trusted supplier to broadcast facilities, military operations, commercial airlines, and space programs, where accuracy and reliability are mission-critical. ESE's sustained growth and longevity in the market reflect its commitment to both customer satisfaction and employee retention, principles that have guided the company's operations and product development strategy for more than five decades.Read More
