Empire Building Services Employee Directory

Empire Building Services was formed in 1982. Initially, we were a family-run business servicing the Santa Ana area. Now, due to the vision of our President, Suzanne DeRossett, and Vice President, John DeRossett, we have become one of the finest commercial service contractors in seven Southern California counties. In becoming a First Class organizat... ion, we have expanded the scope of our coverage. We service facilities of all sizes and environments ranging from out-patient surgical centers, manufacturing and assembling areas, medical clinics, outdoor retail centers/malls, apartment/condo associations and commercial office buildings of all sorts and sizes. Our volume has grown and continues to grow each and every year. Even in this growth, we have not lost sight of the value of our customers. Therefore, we are constantly seeking newer and better ways to manage our people, perform more effectively and respond to your needs. All of our employees are experienced professionals that carry pride in their work. We have spot inspections and a continuing liaison with tenants for any requests they may have. We serve Purchase Agents, Facility Managers, Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Brokers and more. The quality and convenience of service provided to you is important to us. Please contact us with any questions in hope that we may provide you with the service you are deserved.Read More
