Emergency Services and Reconstruction Employee Directory

ESR did a fantastic job of assessing the damage to our home and quickly setting up the repair with a local contractor. Our assigned agent, Kyle Eisert, performed exceptionally. He walked us through every step of the process and kept us informed of the repair progress. I would recommend ESR, and Kyle by name, to anyone in need of their services. We... are completely satisfied with the services ESR provided us. Truly enjoyed working with your staff. You have great employees who truly work hard. Top rated in all categories. Quality of workmanship, restoration and performance exceeded my expectations. I have recommended you to neighbors and others. I highly recommend Emergency Services & Reconstruction. You truly were an angel that showed up that horrible night. My neighbors were protecting me because the media kept wanting to talk to me. I was just sitting, mindless, on my neighbors driveway. I remember my neighbor came up and told me about you. Said you were super nice and "not pressurey". I'm so glad they all had my back that night and I appreciate you giving me space as I was honestly in shock of what all was happening. I really can't imagine what I would have done and where we would be if you had not shown up. That other person we started getting pressure from after the night of the fire could have possibly been the only one to show up had you not been there. And I don't even want to imagine what that would have been for our family. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The ER Services & Reconstruction team is the best I have found in Brevard! Wayne, Dillon and Presley take pride in their work and are very knowledgeable. I found their service to be exceptional at a very hectic stressful time. The whole team is very professional, organized and responsive post Irma. Thank you for everything!!!Read More
