Drone Amplified Inc. develops IGNIS, an advanced unmanned aerial system designed to revolutionize wildfire management and prescribed burn operations. The IGNIS platform embeds a specialized payload delivery system onto drones, enabling operators to deploy ping-pong-ball-sized chemical spheres for tactical firing operations across challenging terrai... n. Unlike traditional ground-based fire management equipment, IGNIS adapts proven drone technology to address critical operational gaps in the wildfire suppression and land management industries, particularly for accessing remote ridges and dangerous terrain that would otherwise require extensive manual labor or pose unacceptable safety risks to personnel. The system has been extensively evaluated by federal land management agencies, including the Department of Interior's Office of Aviation Services, which validated IGNIS as a reliable and effective tool for tactical firing operations during multiple wildfire incidents. A key competitive advantage of IGNIS is its forward-looking infrared camera capability, which enables operators to conduct precision burns during nighttime hours or in dense smoke conditionsscenarios where traditional equipment cannot operate safely or effectively. This night and low-visibility operational capacity allows land managers to control burn intensity with greater precision while simultaneously using the system as a holding resource to detect spot fires in real-time, significantly improving incident response and containment. From an economic standpoint, IGNIS delivers substantial cost savings by reducing the manpower requirements for prescribed burns and wildfire suppression operations; a single equipped drone can accomplish work that would otherwise require multiple personnel, while completing tasks more quickly and with lower overall operational costs. By combining advanced unmanned systems technology with specialized payload delivery, Drone Amplified addresses a critical need in the wildfire management sector, enabling agencies and ...Read More
