Deaf-Hearing Communication Centre Inc. (DHCC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1972 to promote communication access and cultural awareness between Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing communities. Based in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, DHCC serves a tri-state region encompassing southeastern Pennsylvania (including Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery,...
