Computer Help Los Angeles Employee Directory

"Since 2002 Computer Help Los Angeles has provided IT consulting and proactive support to our company. Over the years they have maintained the highest quality professional standards and technical counsel keeping us at the cutting edge of the ever evolving IT world. "Computer Help Los Angeles has provided our highly complex business with invaluable... and outstanding technical advice and services. They have enabled us to integrate with other systems to remain ahead of our competition, and they advised us in the design of three major computer upgrades. Based on their counsel we recently purchased and upgraded to a completely wireless system using cutting edge technology and computers with dual monitors. The network they installed for our business covers a three-acre area and the signal is as strong at the edge of our business area as it is at the nuclear hub of our system. The installation of this new system was so smooth and seamless that our business was not interrupted or encumbered by down time and although they were physically present in our offices, it was as if they were not here. "The routine maintenance and support provided by Computer Help Los Angeles is outstanding, but the true test of superior service is flexibility in responding to emergencies. Our business operates 24/7 and on several occasions our computer systems have gone down either during the evening, a weekend, or a holiday. Computer Help Los Angeles always responded rapidly bringing our system back in service with literally no loss to our business. "Computer Help Los Angeles is a service oriented company you can trust. In all the years of working with them we have never encountered a problem they could not fix. This is truly an outstanding company in every measurable category for whom we give our highest recommendation."Read More
