Buchanan Disposal Solutions Employee Directory

Buchanan Disposal Solutions is an oilfield waste management and disposal company serving oil and gas operators and trucking companies across Texas and New Mexico, with a primary facility located in Midland County. The company operates a comprehensive disposal infrastructure that includes a saltwater disposal (SWD) facility, a reclamation and sludge... treatment facility, drying pads, and an RRC-permitted landfill cell designed to handle the full spectrum of oilfield waste streams. Buchanan differentiates itself through an integrated, one-stop-shop model that allows operators and trucking companies to dispose of waste, access truck wash-out services, and obtain fresh or brine water supplies at a single location, eliminating the need for multiple trips across the basin. The facility employs a closed-loop environmental system featuring modern RRC-approved containment with multiple geosynthetic liners, concrete structures, and leachate management systems that separate solids from water and operate a clean water injection system, ensuring environmentally responsible waste treatment and disposal. Strategically positioned in Midland County with convenient highway access via FM 1379 and a long driveway that keeps traffic separated from main roads, Buchanan has become a preferred disposal location for regional operators seeking efficient logistics and quick turnaround times. The company's manned facility model includes a dedicated trucker's lounge and responsive on-site staff who handle truck unloading while drivers take breaks, supported by accessible sales and accounting teams empowered to resolve issues promptly. By prioritizing operational efficiency, safety, and customer service, Buchanan has rapidly grown its customer base and continues to explore additional facility locations throughout Texas and New Mexico to expand its geographic footprint and better serve its growing client base of operators and transportation companies.Read More
