Marty Bodell started in the Appraisal Industry in the mid 1970s. He served as the past President of the So... ciety of Real Estate Appraisers. During his more than 35 year career Marty trained more than 30 appraisers that carry on his industry leading appraisals techniques. Included in that training were 2 of his sons, Marty and Trent. Marty started appraising in 1996. Marty has provided expert testimony in over 100 court cases ranging from divorce, bankruptcy and foreclosure matters. Marty has become a sought after appraiser when appraising technically difficult properties as well as complex litigation appraisals. Trent started appraising full time in 1999. Trent holds the SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute. Trent served as the Residential Guidance and Admission Chair for the local chapter of the Appraisal Institute for 2011 and 2012. Trent has covered all of Northern and Central Utah. Trent has also provided expert testimony in divorce and bankruptcy matters. Trent also holds a license as a Real Estate Sales Agent and belongs to the National Association of Realtors.Read More
