A custom home is a special type of home because you, the customer, have the choice of what goes into the finished product. You pick the lot where your home is to be built. You choose a floor plan that fits your needs, or work with an architect to create the perfect plan for you. A custom builder has many home plan books to use as resources for ideas of what you can do. You select the exterior that you have always wanted. The price of a custom home, even for the same plan, may vary because each homeowner has different ideas and chooses different types of materials. We will be happy to give you a free estimate on the home of your choice.Read More
