Batts Communications Employee Directory

We have been an exclusive NEC Associate since January of 1995. Since that date, NEC has been our only product. We are in good standing with NEC and have always maintained certifications on many different Telecommunication Solutions. We also provide cabling services that include Cat5e, Cat6, and Fiber. Termination, testing, and orderliness of cables... is something we take great pride in. The solution is only as good as its infrastructure. Batts Communications provides the best service and performance at all levels of telecommunications and networking. New technology is constantly being presented by NEC and we are proud to provide that technology to our customer base. We are recognized as a NEC Double Diamond Associate for equipment purchases, sale of equipment and technician certifications. NEC uses our technicians for BETA testing on new equipment. This allows us to know the equipment thoroughly prior to deployment. Batts Communications is growing into a full-service Network Solutions provider. Our telecommunications and IT departments strive to master all of the technology and solutions that NEC provides for us and they are certified and highly trained through NEC. We are proud of our service to our customers. We work diligently to provide hands-on support in the most timely manner possible as well as remote support and consulting. Training of our customers is vital to the efficient use of the Telecommunications Solution and is something that we take very seriously. We install and maintain systems across Texas with multiple remote systems across the country. As an exclusive Double Diamond Dealer for NEC, we at Batts Communications have 24/7 access to NEC technical support and engineering for any issue that pertains to the solution.
