BAI Municipal Software Employee Directory

BAI implemented the use of forums thinking that our users would visit often and exchange questions and answers about different things related to the duties in their offices. BAI started using this product to create a web based tracking system. Several of our users visit the Forum frequently and download the fixes that are available to their modules... . All data that is input on the Forum is searchable - so if you wonder if a fix is available for a particular menu you could input TX30 on the search function and the system will pull all changes to that menu together with an explanation as to why the option was changed. Within the last month we have began to input additional information that assists the customer in knowing if users have be signed off the system to download, what files will be affected, and the Menu name and Option number. Forums do require a password to gain access. We would be happy to give you access, even if you only review the entries you could at least be informed of what is being changed. If you would like to be given a forum password, input this request into the Help Desk and your Tech Support person will help you gain access to Forums. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this please let us know it is a wonderful tool for BAI and all BAI users. Forum information is blacked out during the loading of a release; this keeps customers from downloading information that they should not. So the forum information will become available again on December 1, 2008 for all users. This is the address of BAI forums, you really should take the time to visit :http://www.bai-map.com/forums/.Read More
