Complete Tapping Service is an Australian water infrastructure specialist with over 20 years of expertise in under-pressure tapping operations on water and wastewater mains. Operating across the country with regional offices in North Queensland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Launceston, Adelaide, and Perth, the company serves Water Authorities and c... ontractors throughout Australia with a comprehensive suite of live-main services. Beyond under-pressure tappings, Complete Tapping Service offers line stopping solutions via its proprietary AquaStop system and the imported Hydra Stop system, capable of providing temporary shutdowns on mains ranging from 80mm to 500mm in diameter. The company also provides Insta Valve, a live valve insertion system that enables valve installation on mains between 100mm and 300mm without any disruption to water supply or customer service. Under-pressure tapping delivers substantial operational and financial advantages: it eliminates water supply interruptions to customers and key stakeholders, removes overtime and after-hours costs associated with traditional cut-ins, allows all connections to be completed during standard working hours, and maintains pipeline integrity throughout the process. Work can typically be completed in under one hour from clamp assembly to tapping completion. The service eliminates risks of backflow and water contamination, preserves fire protection capabilities by keeping the water main live at all times, avoids water wastage and de-watering costs, and eliminates water quality issues that would otherwise require re-chlorination. Complete Tapping Service maintains strict compliance with the WSAA Code of Practice for under-pressure tappings and uses only approved products on all projects. The company holds approved contractor status with all major water authorities and is recognized as a trusted partner for critical water infrastructure work across Australia.Read More
