Avif Support Lp Employee Directory

OVERVIEW: Aligned Ventures Innovative Fund (AVIF) began on January 31, 2014. It was created to provide a forward-thinking, dynamic opportunity for the management and employees of each of the companies AVIF is invested in, where management and employees work together as equals. Our business model puts great emphasis on our employees investing in the... ir own future. Through matching Group RRSPs and individual investments into our group of companies, we want the success of the AVIF group of companies to be the success of our employees. We believe that the best way to build an organization is to find great people to work with and give them opportunities to succeed. We encourage creative thinking, skill development, passion for what we do and respect for the people we work with and serve. Our goal is to build a team of diverse people who share our 6 basic values: Seek first to understand, then to be understood; Say what you mean, Do what you say; Remember to have fun at work; Always strive to continually improve; Commitment to the health, safety, and care for the environment; And finally, to always provide legendary customer service. AVIFs group of companies touch on a broad range of industries. In doing so, our employees gain valuable experience and knowledge in multiple sectors. AVIF Support LP delivers centralized labour, management and administration to all of our invested entities. We are looking for driven individuals who share our values, enjoy challenges, and fit into our culture. We strongly believe a companys success is the result of each employee working together as a team to achieve a collective goal. You cannot expect to finish a puzzle without all the pieces. Alone you can do so little, but together we can do so much more.Read More
