When we first started Auto Pros, it was a small quiet neighborhood shop that serviced the automotive n... eeds of people along the West 11th corridor. We established the principles of high quality service. Service was much simpler then. Cars were less sophisticated and it was more about replacing parts to keep the cars on the road. Things have changed over the years as cars are being driven more miles than ever before. They require more maintenance to keep running, and with the cars' computers running more and more of the systems these days, it requires constant training and up-to-date equipment to keep up with them. The good thing is we have been able to keep our neighborhood approach while growing our business with all the changes in today's automotive world. We have been blessed with good long term employees that always keep our customer's needs in the forefront of our business. Jim Colrud, an original tire and service technician at West 11th. worked his way to the Shop Manager position. Proving his wealth of knowledge and dedication to the company, he took over our Tire and Wheel Pros operation. In 2009, Jim moved into the Manager's position at his home location, West 11th Street in Eugene as he remains today. As the tire and service industry has changed over the years, we have taken the necessary steps to bring our customers the highest level of service possible and build our company with our loyal employees and customers.
