ASCEND Retail Employee Directory

Ascend retail (previous Al-Mutawa & Al-Khatib Co.) is the highest standard retail operator in the MENA region, with a brand portfolio ranging from bridge to high end brands. Our strategy is to adopt the industry’s best practices, and then raise the bar by adopting a culture of continuous innovation within our field to enhance the customer experienc... e thus creating a major gap between us and our peers. We are a team of rational risk-taking professionals, on the path to become the market leader. As such, our team members are ambitious, pioneering and aggressive. Their hard work is rewarded, and their efforts are recognized. We attract the best talent in the retail business and are extremely selective on who joins our winning team. We provide extensive in house and external training to constantly improve our team’s skills and competencies. Our brand portfolio is only rivaled by companies who have been established decades before us, but the gap is closing. We are determined to research and select vibrant brands and concepts which fit our company's culture: a philosophy of providing customers with exceptional experiences and not just products and services. Our operational standards ensure that our brand principles have a real time overview of their business which we have been entrusted with. Contact Us!
