For more than fifteen years, ARUSI has continually raised the bar in the services it provides to government agencies and private sector companies. Alejandro Reynoso recognized the growing cost pressures utilities faced under the threat of deregulation and competition. He saw opportunities for utility providers to outsource engineering design as a means to save money and he seized the opportunity to form ARUSI, which now has become the choice provider for engineering and design services by the Phoenix area utility companies.
