Alexander James Employee Directory

Located in Auckland's Wynyard Quarter, Alexander James is a Specialist Recruitment and Executive Search business. Our Directors founded the business in January 2011 with a desire to create a brand that stands out from the rest of the market and provide value to our clients and candidates. We have built solid and long-standing relationships with som... e of New Zealand's leading employers, but have purposefully retained our boutique nature. This enables us to deliver a hands-on, personalised approach to every assignment. We focus on a wide variety of roles across both Permanent and Contracting, with all our specialist recruiters working closely together to provide the right solution, fitting all specific requirements of both client and candidate. We approach every client and candidate relationship with a long-term view, to ensure we understand their requirements. We are rigorous in our selection process (at all levels) and partner with our clients to ensure we remain honest, flexible and impartial. We believe that through collaboration and good practice we will continue to succeed.Read More
