We're a multifaceted real estate development firm specializing in architectural and structural design, building, and sales. What sets AJM Group apart? As a small, family-owned business competing with much larger firms, our professional success is centered upon our ability to create a satisfying working experience for each of our clients. We believe... that creating such an experience begins with demonstrating a superior commitment to customer service. Fusing our old-fashioned family values with our extensive business knowledge allows us to approach every project with the highest levels of professionalism, diligence, and care. Our designers boast over thirty years of experience in architectural and structural design. Their combined knowledge of the building process and adaptability to modern design trends allows them to take on a vast array of residential and commercial projects. We have designed single and multi-family homes, condominiums, office spaces, restaurants, and even car dealerships throughout the Greater Boston Area. While working on these projects, we have helped clients tackle challenges related to zoning, permits, and construction management. Approaching each endeavor with an awareness of these challenges and a sense of creativity allows us to create stylish and practical alternatives to conventional design. The development branch of our company brings our design teams visions to life: building elegant homes that merge luxury and comfort. Our builders pay close attention to detail throughout the construction process ensuring structural integrity, optimal functionality, and precise finish-carpentry. We have developed an impressive list of properties, including new and restored buildings, in some of Boston and Brooklines most desirable neighborhoods. Working in these communities has allowed us to gain the experience necessary to become one of the areas premier luxury homebuilders.Read More
