Valley Community Development, established in 1988 by Casa Latina, is a non-profit corporation dedicated to addressing the critical needs of low- and moderate-income individuals and families. The organization was founded in response to a pressing shortage of affordable housing and a decline in blue-collar employment opportunities in the Pioneer Valley.
