What is Pathways?
Pathways has developed an innovative AI-enabled platform designed to automate the creation of real-time Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for material manufacturers. This technology addresses the current industry challenge where LCAs and EPDs are manually generated, a process that is costly, complex, imprecise, and time-consuming, often taking between six to twelve months. By ingesting data from a customer's IT infrastructure concerning raw material inputs, transportation, and manufacturing processes, Pathways enables automatic generation of EPDs. The platform's continuous data integration capabilities allow for easy identification of emissions hotspots and tracking of reduction progress, aligning with Pathways' broader mission to facilitate the decarbonization of manufacturing processes.
