What is LARC?
Lee Association for Remarkable Citizens (LARC) is a non-profit entity focused on meeting the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families within Lee County and northern Collier County. The organization's core mission is to empower and support these individuals to achieve their full potential through a continuum of award-winning community-based services. LARC employs individualized, goal-oriented methods, offering vocational training, community residential services, and a diverse range of state-of-the-art community inclusion services on a full-time, year-round basis. Annually, LARC provides programs and services for approximately 300 local men and women, many of whom engage in multiple community programs.
