What is Dream Team?
Dream Team is a non-profit organization based in central Iowa dedicated to fostering confidence, goal-setting, and healthy lifestyles in young adults through mentor-based bicycling programs. Each year, a cohort of teenagers embarks on a five-month journey culminating in RAGBRAI, a week-long bicycle ride across Iowa. The organization utilizes cycling as a powerful tool to inspire participants, encourage lifelong wellness, and build self-esteem through tangible accomplishments, such as completing a 400+ mile ride, which serves as a framework for achieving broader life goals.
