The Zing Collaborative Community is made up of phenomenal individuals - and I'm so glad that you're here. Zing Collaborative was born in 2013 as a result of two key observations from my time in the corporate world, where I had the opportunity to work in a number of executive leadership roles across a multiple areas of the organization. First - that... when we are working at the intersection of our strengths and our passions, in service of something greater than ourselves, we typically find the greatest levels of joy, satisfaction, fulfillment, and impact in our work. And Second - that while leaders have a tremendous impact (positive or negative) on the health, happiness, and overall effectiveness of their teams, they often lack the level of training, coaching, and development that empowers them to be as successful as possible. With a passion to translate these observations into concrete action and impact, I launched Zing Collaborative in 2013, with a focus on empowering individuals to create impact in a way that feels inspired and alive, and empowering leaders to lead in a way that feels authentic and aligned, in service of positive impact and incredible outcomes.
