Since 1997, Ziebart has served, in a consultant capacity, as the Executive Director of the National Association of Business Political Action Committees (NABPAC) a non-profit trade association representing more than 200 business community PACs that raised in excess of $185 million during the 2014 election cycle. In this capacity, he reports to a 20-... person Board of Directors and seven-person Executive Committee, manages five outside consultants, directs the day-to-day activities of the association and lobbies Congress on campaign finance issues. During his tenure with the association, membership has reached record levels, association revenues have tripled, and "rainy day" savings have risen more than ten-fold. Between 1987 and 1996, Ziebart owned a fundraising consulting company that represented 31 Republican candidates for Congress, largely from the Rocky Mountain West, Southwest and Pacific Northwest.
