As per our experience, we engage our customers through a System Health Check where we receive sample data and details of the business processes and then prepare a report on their current Situation, Problems statements, Impact analysis and Next actions suggested (SPIN Methodology). This approach enables our customer to have clarity of the problems and their impacts so that they can prepare themselves in terms of budgets, resources, effort estimation, deliverable and plan. We also help them through our data and business process related services to come up to the required standards in shortest possible time and within budgets. Accenture conducted a survey in 2019 for engineering and construction organizations and shared that organizations are still lacking behind the real potential of the savings w.r.t world-class savings benchmark.
