Our client list is broad and varied; we work with brands like Intercontinental Hotel Group, Kent County Council, Leeds Castle, Virgin Racing, Priority Freight and The Historic Dockyard in Chatham. Our MD and the wider client service team needs a new team administrator to help answer phones, manage diaries, prepare correspondence and presentations, raise orders and project documentation, manage, file and save client and supplier emails, help with scheduling work into our creative team, and prepare refreshments, lunches and receptions for various client, staff and supplier events. You'll have at least one year's office admin experience. You'll be unflappable under pressure and a professional (yet friendly), approachable and smart individual.
