Zenergize offers a number of massage modalities from the basics -- Swedish and deep tissue -- to the highly specialized -- lymphatic drainage and Maternity. Your personal needs will differ from that of our next client, so each therapy starts with a brief review of your needs: How are you now? How have you been since your last visit? What part of yo... ur body needs attention and healing (neck, shoulders, feet)? Reviewing your needs and changing clothes before and after the therapy take time. Our commitment for a one-hour therapy is 50 minutes of hands-on massage. For a 1.5 hour therapy, we commit to 75 minutes of hands-on. This commitment can be jeopardized by your late arrival, so please be on time for your appointment. Our therapists are all trained in the basic modalities.
