About Zen Tribe
Hi! I'm Nancy Rosetti, an Emory University Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I can't say I've seen it all but I've seen and lived through a good deal. Zen Tribe began when I watched as some of my own children, their friends, and children of my friends struggled with anxiety, often leading to self-destructive behaviors. It appeared so prevalent, it started to feel like an epidemic. I partnered with an Emory Psychiatrist to provide a workshop series on dealing with anxieties based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. By helping them to recognize what was going on and giving them a safe space to discuss it, they were able to make their way on a path of self-awareness , inner peace and resilience by establishing behaviors they could integrate and carry through their lives. Zen Tribe has grown to not only include young adults, but people of all ages, at all stages.Explore more
