About Zen Tribe
Hi! I'm Nancy Rosetti, an Emory University Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I can't say I've seen it all but I've seen and lived through a good deal. Zen Tribe began when I watched as some of my own children, their friends, and children of my friends struggled with anxiety, often leading to self-destructive behaviors. It appeared so prevalent, it started to feel like an epidemic. I partnered with an Emory Psychiatrist to provide a workshop series on dealing with anxieties based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. By helping them to recognize what was going on and giving them a safe space to discuss it, they were able to make their way on a path of self-awareness , inner peace and resilience by establishing behaviors they could integrate and carry through their lives.
