At Zander Homes we pride ourselves in the relationships that we build. Not only with each of our homeowners - but also with our contractors, suppliers and vendors which show in the quality of our work in each and every home that we build. One of the Tangible way to help showcase our quality of workmanship & craftsmanship has been by entering our In... dustry's Best Homebuilding Awards. This is where we compete against a wide variety other homebuilders, professionals & others in our industry - At both the Local and the State levels in a multiple categories throughout the year. While we have been building homes since 2010, it wasn't until 2014 that we first submitted our homes to be judged by our peers in the industry as a Houston custom home builder . We entered the competitions in the Custom Homebuilder Categories. At our Local level: GHBA (Greater Houston Building Association) Houston's Best "Prism Awards", then at the Statewide level, TAB (Texas Association of Builders) "Star Awards". We are honored to not only win various awards - but also to be nominated as the finalist in other categories as well in both our local and statewide associations.
