Z&A Co Ltd was founded in 2005 with its first store ''Zegna'' on the basis of the exclusive franchise agreement. The second “Emporio Armani” store was opened in premium luxury segment. In 2010 was opened the first “Burberry” Flagship Store in Yerevan. In 2011 “Zegna” with its new Peter Marino concept, was transferred to a new location, Northern Ave... nue, adjacent to the already existing “Emporio Armani”, “Burberry” stores. The next destination was the opening of the “Armani Junior” (2011) and “Rosie” multibrand store (2011) with the brands Red Valentino, MMissoni, Marc by Marc Jacobs and etc. In 2014 Polo Ralph Lauren store was opened which is the leader of distributing premium lifestyle products in four categories: apparel, home, accessories and fragrances. For more than 47 years, Ralph Lauren's reputation and distinctive image have been consistently developed across an expanding number of products, brands and international markets. In 2012 the Italy's largest clothing retailer Coin Group company’s most famous brands Coincasa and OVS were established. Coincasa represents a huge variety of kitchenware, bedding, curtains, lighting, furnishing and home design accessories. Continuing importing Italian style and spirit into the Armenian market at the same year in October the second Coin Group brand OVS store was opened which is one of the leading brands of the Italian fashion industry. Same year Z&A Stores started its collaboration with German international brand "New Yorker" opening stores in Armenia and Georgia. On 2017 Z&A Stores was operating 6 stores with "New Yorker" in both countries. In 2013 new OVS store is opened in Yerevan Mall. Now “Z&A” Co Ltd company has a dominant position in the luxury and retail market and is doing its best to provide the local consumers both with the high-quality products and the services relevant to the international standards.
