Mr Ronald STOMP will bring part of his shares to be associated with YXELIA shareholders in the ongoing international buildup project in the fields of Networks & Telecom. It is the third operation of the new group YXELIA, started in October 2014, after the acquisition of SETELIA and the launch of the subsidiary SETELIA BENELUX in Belgium in January 2015.
