YWCA Banff

The YWCA Banff Hotel operates as a social enterprise - which means all of our profits stay in the organization to help pay for community programs and services we offer in areas like violence prevention, counselling services and housing. YWCA Banff Hotel has 43 private rooms and 80 hostel-type beds. We also have a café and meeting space for groups.... The YWCA Residence offers affordable housing for up to 120 people. Although our jobs are similar to what is offered at other hotels, what sets us apart is a mandate to address and advance gender equity and enhance the social fabric of our community. Along with connecting to a meaningful mandate, we offer a positive work culture; fair salaries; bonus plans; staff accommodation; shift flexibility; café discounts; and with a longer term commitment, access to a benefits plan. We are a close-knit, supportive, fun community of international and widely skilled staff.Read More
