Founded by Garson Yu in 1998, yU+co began as a design studio specializing in film title sequences. Distilling complex stories into simple, memorable metaphors established our roots as keen visual storytellers and remains a skill we continue to excel at. In 2006, yU+co expanded to China, opening offices in Hong Kong and then Shanghai, offering creative services in experiential design and multimedia interactive installations. Coming full circle, these cutting-edge capabilities developed into key strengths of our Hollywood location as well. This evolution embodies our innovative culture, relentlessly pushing the boundaries of design while shattering the conventions of format.
