Our vision is a world where each individual acts and leads towards achieving harmony with oneself, others and nature. Journeys that facilitate and enable young people to immerse in a social reality, build a fuller understanding through empathy and inspire them to create a personal road-map in the path of service in their chosen field. Currently, Yo... uth Alliance does four immersive journeys of Gramya Manthan and EarthShastra in a year. The Ecology of Self - inviting you to open a window between inner and outer life enabling you to own up your life in all its wholeness - an undivided life, that might pave way for an undivided world. The third edition shall be launched in April-May 2021. These programs help facilitate individuals in social change organizations connect deeply to their purpose, build their capacity for work, strengthen relationships within teams, deepen the focus on values they stand for and get better at affecting change in their communities. This function at YA is being re-dreamt and re-designed. Samvaad - YA's annual event on practising dialogue by creating space based on trust, intimacy and cooperation. Know more. To sustain and support the journeys of our alumni and create a community that enables cross-pollination, we create several reflective spaces throughout the year. The vision is of decentralised self-sustaining community ecosystem. These reflective spaces are themed and contextualized based on needs of the community. Not getting bound by conventional organisation limit, we see ecosystem as a principle to further this work and purpose of serving the ever-evolving awareness.
