About Ymwic
The Young Men & Women In Charge Foundation partners with employers to enhance workforce diversity by preparing underserved youth for STEM careers. They offer programs including after-school initiatives, college readiness, summer programs, and a Pre-Apprenticeship program, all designed to support economically disadvantaged and historically underrepresented youth. Their target clientele includes students from 3rd to 12th grades within multiple school districts in Pennsylvania. Through alliances with educational institutions and corporate partners, YMWIC aims to bridge the achievement gap in STEM fields for African American and Latino youth.Explore more
