YKK Zipper (Shenzhen) CO ., Ltd. is the third zipper production base invested in China mainland by YKK Group. It's established in December,1995 and began zippers manufacture and sales in april,1998. ince the initial investment for the 1st installment of factory facilities in Fuyong Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen ,YKK Zipper(Shenzhen)CO., Ltd. has c... ontinued constructing the 2nd and 3rd installment and put them all into function with the growing investment. The factory nowadays occupies of ISO9001 for quality control system,ISO14001 for environmental management and OSHMS for occupational health and safety management system. In October,2006,the second factory of YKK Zipper(Shenzhen) CO., Ltd. was put into manufacture in Gongming Town, Guangming New Area, Shenzhen with the coverage of 95,000 sqm. At present, these two factories in Fuyong and Gongming have both become the key production bases for YKK zippers. In January, 2007, YKK Zipper(Shenzhen) CO., Ltd. introduced buckle production line and started producing buckle series products. In August, 2008, YKK Zipper(Shenzhen) CO., Ltd. introduced button production line and began to produce button series products.
