Jackie is the face of Yetos, but shes so much more. The bread maker, the baker, the pastry chef, the inspiration, the list goes on. Thanks to her parents and an innate sense of adventure Jackie has been all over the country including an extensive tour of the south where her family roots lie. She learned to cook and bake in kitchens with her mother... and grandmother who passed down traditions that she carries on today in Yetos. Jackie and her food embodies the idea that comfort food should nourish the body as well as the soul. Bryan is the Chef and the man behind the scenes. Which is where he prefers to be most of the time, something that tends to be difficult in an open kitchen. Starting as a dishwasher in an upscale Italian restaurant as a teenager he learned all he could from watching and talking to the Italian born owner and chef. Later hed learn to master southern BBQ to impress Jackies Alabama born father. Eventually he worked his way up and has done it all, cooking in prestigious kitchens, to helping open restaurants in Maine, to finally opening Yetos. Dont be put off by his quiet nature and curmudgeonly appearance. While usually lost in prep, his head, or a line of order tickets Bryan is quite friendly once you manage to actually coax a conversation out of him. Raised in Biddeford Taylor brings a knowledge of Maine and an infectious smile to Yetos. With us from the beginning Taylor didnt hesitate to take a leap and help us to make Yetos a reality. Whether making an expertly crafted latte, a delicious cocktail, or taking your order Taylor brings an unmistakable bit of Maine to Yetos. When we need something heavy moved DJ is our guy. From espresso machines to 12 foot deli cases DJ has helped us move it all. Oh yeah and when hes not impressing us with feats of strength he spends the majority of his time here taking your orders, making drinks, and helping keep Yetos clean.
