Why you want to work with me: My fascination with Portland began 20 years ago. I have lived many of Portlands different neighborhoods and have operated a music school in SE Portland for the last 10 years. I started getting involved with real estate in 2008 both in residential transactions, commercial leases, and as a property manager. Prior to being a Realtor, I have worked as a music producer, teacher, photo journalist, and performer. I utilize all of these unique skills when helping clients achieve their goals. When I bought my first house, I was a self-employed musician and the process of becoming a home-owner inspired me to share the joy with as many people as possible. This path lead to my eventual Realtor licensing and it has been an amazing experience so far helping so many great clients buy and sell houses in Portland. I am easy to work with and a great listener and I believe that real estate is more about people and their goals than it is about housing structures. My strengths are marketing, and negotiating and as a creative entrepreneur I leverage my photo and web skills as much as possible.
