Who is Yard Sale Trains You Ask... Founded in 2010 by Dave Hieronymus, an N Scale hobbyist since 1986, mostly as a way to finance his N Scale hobby interests. From the beginning it started to become so much more, he made friends all over the world, in his words learned to speak "strain" (you have to say it fast and then it makes sense), and been al... lowed to buy & sell out of production N Scale products from the last 40+ years of the N Scale hobby. Dave even had his layout featured in N Scale Magazine in March of 2013. As an Architect by trade and finding that he spends more time working, and wanting to spend more time for fun and with the friends he has made all over the world, Dave decided it was time to pass the torch, as it were, of YardSaleTrains. In July, 2018, Richard Frazier took over YardSaleTrains. A model train enthusiast since childhood, Richard got involved in N Scale clear back in 1980. Certainly the goal is to continue the fine service that Dave started and established, and continue to bring those hard to find items to the market.
