About Yankee Maple

Yankee Maple produces the very highest quality maple syrup available. Our maple trees are located in the foothills of Mount Monadnock and we think that helps us produce the very best syrup. We use only plastic taps and tubing, plastic collection tanks, and a new stainless steel tig welded evaporator. We are sure you will appreciate our workmanship and quality whether you use our maple syrup yourself, for Christmas presents, corporate gifts or promotions, wedding reception favors, or birthday presents. When conditions are favorable and a sap run occurs, we collect it and boil it until it is processed, no matter what time it turns out to be when we finish!
