WVTrader was developed to make it easy for fellow West Virginians to be able to buy, sell, trade, and barter online. The goal of WVTrader is to provide a simple way to connect potential buyers and sellers in a more efficient way than the traditional newspaper classifieds, or the traditional trading paper. WVTrader provides sellers the opportunity t... o include pictures of their items to better display and communicate their items to the buying community. Additionally, potential buyers have the ability to quickly search for the items that they are looking for without having to flip through page after page of items that are of no interest to them. Basic posting of classified ads with up to 3 pictures is always free; however, we do offer inexpensive paid options to add additional pictures and "attention getters" that will help your ads to get noticed. We also offer the ability for visitors of WVTrader to "like" any of the ad posts on their favorite social media sites. This helps to get the word out. For example: a seller can go to their own ad, and click "like it on Facebook" and the ad will immediately post to their Facebook status update letting their friends see the item for sale.
