Starting from the early years of Wurth Australia in post-war Germany, he turned the former two-man business into a dynamic, worldwide operating trading group, generating in excess of EUR 11 billion in the business year of 2015. From humble beginnings both internationally and locally, Wurth Australia strives to be a leader in its field. June 1982 saw the commencement of operations in a small office located in Braeside, Victoria - with a handful of motivated staff the business focused on delivering high quality products and service to a small number of customers throughout Victoria. With rapid expansion, several office moves, industry diversification and additional distribution centres, Wurth Australia now proudly employ in excess of 550 people servicing Wurth Australia's growing customer base of 46,000.
