Mr. Nicholas J. Wunner, Principal and Project Engineer for Wunner Engineering Associates, P.A., has more than 40 years experience in civil engineering and land surveying. He has experience on various and diverse projects from servicing Municipalities to residential and commercial site plans. Nicholas Wunner, P.E., P.L.S., has a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has been an adjutant instructor at NJIT as well as the County College of Morris and the Essex Community College. Mr. Wunner was one of the founding fathers of the North Jersey Chapter of NJ Society of Professional Land Surveyors (NJSPLS). On the state level he has been active as the Director of the NJ Chapter and served as Conference Chairperson and Legislative Chairperson, amongst others. In 1996, he was President of NJSPLS and in 1999 was named Surveyor of the Year. Mr. Lee Amerspek, Project Surveyor for Wunner Engineering Associates, P.A. has more than 20 years experience in land surveying. He is very thorough with the projects he entails, such as deed research, boundary analysis, legal descriptions, etc. From working in the field to working in the office, Lee has all the qualities to make a project complete when it comes to any surveying work. The size and scope of projects in which he has been involved with range from large scale to small residential survey work including details for construction layouts, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, waterlines, roadway and curb lines and building layouts.
