About Wrp-n
It supports the DOD HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP) executed by MHRP in partnership with the Nigerian Armed Forces to provide the prevention and treatment necessary to establish a comprehensive continuum of HIV/AIDS care as part of PEPFAR. MHRP established this program in 2005 and began research activities including an HIV cross-sectional study and subsequent enrolment in other clinical studies. In Nigeria, MHRP has established Centers of Excellence for laboratory services in Abuja and Lagos and supports HIV-related health efforts at 43 sites.
