It is a health-conscious concept and our products reflect this. We're serving a healthy alternative to ice cream and gelato," he says. "There is a growing need in this country for people to be proactive about health and fitness, and we are offering all of this in a fun, comfortable, friendly dessert lounge environment." In addition to its health-conscious offering, Harwin attributes the company's success to its enduring focus on customer service. "Our primary focus is our customers.
