Currently, WGI operates through brick and mortar programs that physically mobilize manpower and resources to beneficiaries. These programs, active in places like Los Angeles and Hong Kong, have allowed WGI to teach literacy skills to beneficiaries in their local communities. This model has been in use since WGI's founding five years ago and has see... n various successes where implemented. As a result of this transformation plan, WGI will transition from its current operating model to a solely digital model. This will see WGI phase out its current physical programming and focus on educating beneficiaries through the use of technology.
