We invite you to experience the simply fine. Chef Frances Walsh has been serving in the culinary arts industry for over nine years. Chef Frances studied under award winning Pastry Chef Eddie Van Damme, and French Master Baker, Didier Rosada, from the National Baking Institute. She also continues her education with training from the French Pastry School instructors, and other dessert and pastry seminars. During her career Chef Walsh has worked in several aspects of the culinary industry including: hotels, catering, restaurants, and bakeries. Chef Walsh most currently taught at the Houston Community College in the Culinary Arts program. She has taught cake decorating, as well as breads and baking for two years.
