WorkQuest

WorkQuest is a Texas-based nonprofit organization that develops and implements business and marketing initiatives to create sustainable employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities through a network of community rehabilitation programs (CRPs). Operating as the WorksWonders Programs Central Nonprofit Agency for four decades, WorkQuest... has cultivated deep, personal working relationships with approximately 120 CRPs across Texas, providing them with the stability, support, and resources necessary to operate successful employment programs. The organization facilitates critical connections between CRPs and public sector customers, including state agencies, municipalities, school districts, counties, and other political subdivisions, positioning itself as an essential intermediary in the disability employment ecosystem. Under WorkQuest's leadership, the WorksWonders Program has grown to become the second largest State Use Program in the nation, a distinction earned through consistent execution and demonstrated impact.
